This is any form of content—text, posts, images, videos, reviews, etc. —created by individual people (not brands) and published to an online or social network. How do we know its posted by ‘patients’? our AI machine is trained to pick up on key words which are only patient orientated to do with medicines. Once the machine is satisfied that the post is by a patient it will be included in the data insights.
